Closure of Guess shop

    I know its my second time posting this thread and thanks to anyone who replied before but I am still at a loss where to go.

    The Guess shop just off Grafton Street Dublin closed down with no warning and I am left with gift vouchers that can only be used in this store. I have tried Arnotts as they also stock the bags but they won't except vouchers for the Guess shop and have no info on it.
    I have 3 different email addresses for Guess but no one will reply.
    Anyone having this problem or know what to do??
