What is your single favourite lyric, just one line, that perfectly sums up an element of the human condition? It can be based on the lyric itself, or the delivery of that lyric.

In my opinion, the quoted lyric from Nature Boy by Nat King Cole is congrous of both lyric and delivery. It is a simple truth. Romantic or familial love is the most fundamental thing for human happiness. To need and be needed.

    + 1. Masterpiece of a song.

Apparantly Syd Barrett was at the recording for that and the other band members couldnt recognise him, and it made him cry...
