UnderFloor Heating time settings

    Hi folks

    We have UnderFloor Heating on the ground floor of our house. It is connected to an oil boiler and each room has its own stat. I have this running off a 4 Channel Timer.

    Can anyone tell me what the best settings are for ufh? What times should it come off and on? Both my wife and I are out of the house all day. We were told to have it on from 4am to 9pm and off from 9pm to 4am.
