Looking for a Good Garden Designer

Hi all, anyone here able to reccommend a good + reasonable garden designer, our garden at the moment is a blank canvass and I dont want another summer to go bye without a revamp. what is they typical going rate to design, appreciate any info, am based in Dublin. Thanks Tom
