Wondering why my thread was moved?

Hi, I'm new to this, so forgive me if this is a silly question. But recently posted a thread on personal issues asking for advice on B.J.'s. was genuine question and was really happy with advice I was getting but the thread was moved and I'm wondering why. I went unregistered as some people I know are on this etc. Thanks.

It's not a silly question.

Pretty much all posts related to sexual matters get moved to the sex & sexuality forum (The exception is advice on STIs, where the answer is typically to go to a medical professional and those threads tend to get locked as boards doesn't do medical advice).
