What is the likelihood of an EU Bailout?

What is the likelihood of an EU Bailout for Ireland?

Given that all members are suffering and in the case of Latvia or Lithuania, arguably more at the present time, but likely less in the long run, when would this bailout come?

Is it likely that other members would object to our bailout given that we are in the mess because of greed rather than external factors?

How would a NO vote on Lisbon II affect our position within Europe?
How would a YES vote on Lisbon II improve our ability to secure such a bailout?

I would guess that the IMF would be called in before any thought off a EU bail out.
