Parking in Sligo Town

Wheres the best parking places in town and why ? Week Days Quay Side is 1 euro an hour. Connaughton Rd is 2.50 all day. Accross the road from Markievicz House seems to be free. Weeknights (and picking up the car in the Morning) This is the one that gets me, I used to use Market yard but not a Thursday night friday morning…

Week Days
Quay Side is 1 euro an hour.
Connaughton Rd is 2.50 all day.
Accross the road from Markievicz House seems to be free.

Weeknights (and picking up the car in the Morning)
This is the one that gets me, I used to use Market yard but not a Thursday night friday morning as the wardens are always there on a Friday for the market. Last week I parked on Abbey St beside the Garda station and got the Car at 10am no problems.

Weekends
I always park down beside the Velvet Room on the river side of the road as it is private but only seems to be Mon - Fri 9-5 , Sat and Sunday there is always spaces and never any hassle.

I always park overnight at the one at the back of the quayside, 3 euro's a day and they lock it up during the night.
