Can I get a 2nd visa for Australia with a dual passport

Just wondering if anyone knows whether or not I can apply for a new visa on my 2nd passport. I hold both an Irish and a British passport, I've already had a working visa on my Irish, and now I intend to apply again with my British. I would of thought that I wouldn't be eligible for another but that perhaps it would go…

I would of thought that I wouldn't be eligible for another but that perhaps it would go unnoticed. Any suggestions as to what steps to take maximise my chances of another visa would be much appreciated.
