Wordpress- best photo themed layout

I've just set up my Wordpress page but want to get a good photo themed page for it.

anyone know where to get some good free one?

I looked through millions of them. Heres what i went with in the end. I think its cool. Still havnt gotten the webpage finished though. Serious lack of php knowledge

*grins* I just started working on mine earlier today. I decided seeing as i type more than i click the natural progression is to blog!!!

Just going for the hosted version though, as i currently don't have the private hosting thing. I'll wait to sort that out until i feel my work merits a webpage i think.

So, i'll be waiting. Haven't even had a chance to check out themes and such yet but if i find any good ones i will post them here.

I end up going for this one. It is in the very early options, it's called Chaotic Soul. The image at the top is mine, you can put whatever you like in there, which is handy.

I see a bit of wordage each time I post, so i went for this. I don't think it would really suit people who will be posting solely images.

For any 3rd level students out there with a college email address, you can get a years free web hosting from Digiweb. Thats what i did, saves a bit of cash.

It would appear that if you go with the free Wordpress hosting, that you cannot access any of the above themes.

Pretty much.

You have a domain Tommy, could you not just download and host the relevant stuff there?

Also, the free hosting is not so bad, i have been investigation how much you can mess with the appearance today and if you have any html you should be good?

The domain is run from a paid template and that won't work.

Looking for something easy to post a photo a day. Simple stuff, might look Wordpress then.

Check out this page: http://www.woothemes.com/category/themes/ the snapshot theme is free and is great for having a photos rating blog. "Geometric" theme is also great for photos but it is a paid one

There are loads of free themes, but you don't appear to be able to use them with a free wordpress hosted blog.
