Hi there,

Does anyone know the legal-ese about selling when you're in shared ownership of a property? The property was inherited. Do you need the other persons permission to put it on the market. Is there any version of those companies in America/Uk where they buy your half or your property for you? Don't worry I'm getting legal advice tomorrow , there is more involved ..just curious.
