Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

rover 800 stretch limo. I remember the newer model 800 limo being featured in Top Gear in the mid-1990's. It was quite a straightforward conversion, due to the car being FWD. I think the Lord Mayor of Coventry had one.

That Mazda hearse based on the pick-up is still in use by (I think) an undertaker in Tournafulla, Co. Limerick. It's a horrid-looking thing that I've occasionally been stuck behind on my way to work. There are no badges of any sort on it.

what about this - is it a 'classic', or too new. (Currently sitting in the back of our factory....newer Mondeo one replaced it.......)

    What's it worth ?

    Ode To The Motorist

“And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, generates funds to the exchequer. You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

There is a Dodge hearse in IVS Laid to Rust section, but I dont even recognise what Dodge it is, looks more like an Opel Diplomat/Kapitan. I did see a photo of a Diplomat hearse in a funeral cortege.
Hearses I saw recently are a 09 Mercedes E Class (looks English, large one piece liftback with large sidewindows and humugous Windscreen).
    A Toyota Camry from 1998 and a 06 Lexus GS450.
