    can anyone tell me how to get rid of an e/mail address i was with eircom but changed about 2 yrs ago to bt on going into old e/mail address i find i have 2700 emails all spam Eircom was of no help whatsoever IS there any to dump eircom from my computer

    I got an email account canceled before by emailing them and asking. their email support is much better than calling them.

    Why can't you just stop using that account? If you hadn't used it in 2 years, why did you check it at all? Just leave it, and let eircom deal with the spam.
