At the moment the deadline looks still to be the last working day of August for this year. There was talk before of moving the deadline to May but nothing official has come out (and it'd be too late to publicise this now I'd imagine), so with nothing official in the ether it'll probably remain as August for this year.

You have to be sure that you've got your place in college first before applying cos you're gonna have to put down details of the insitution you'll be attending etc.
