    Hi everyone,

    New to the forum, and just wondering if anyone can help.
    I have a new G8, and have charged the battery overnight. It works fine with the charger power connected, and in the car, but doesnt fire up without any external power. Is there a configuration step I need to take, to allow it to start in portable mode.
