Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

RJ went to the dentist for his root canal after work today. Dentist had given me two options initially, root canal or extraction. Today he as I have been pain free since the clean and temp filling he suggested a third option, fill it. Happy out said I. It's not without risk as he said it may flare up again but if it does he siad your then back to root canal or extraction choice. I was delighted, all sorted now :D

And I spent the last 20 years terrified of them

How many late bars are there in town nowadays? I'm never out in town mid-week anymore. I heard rumours that the Slate is only a late bar at weekends now? I presume that means the Quad (since they're owned by the same crowd) is too?

    That leaves :

    Old Oak
    Brog
    Reardens
    Crane Lane
    Clancy's

Is that it? Unless you find a lock in? ;)

I had some great nights in the Crane Lane mid-week too. Sometimes they had live music on in the back room and the place was hopping.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,589 ✭✭✭shakencat

    yeah,
doctors are guna kill us all eventualy with the cost of em,
    its ridiculous,

    hopefully you'l be okay though..

go hot nd cold on your back..
like bag of frozen peas for a min or two, then a hot water bottle or someting,
    to prevent swelling,
    same to your elbow..
    as for carpet burn,

    cant help you with that!
