I don't get the iPhone hate at all? It's just a phone?

May I ask where your hatred for a phone comes from? They're great and have lots of handy apps, particularly for chemists!

i never cared for touch-screen phones or anything with a built in battery or otherwise designed with built-in obsolescence. don't like the way apple lock it down and have control over the applications

its so over-hyped also. like for years now nokia e-series phones have had VoiP clients but as soon as someone makes a skype application for the iphone theres a freaking uproar about it. the shiny icons with rounded edges annoy me and how every manufacturer thinks they should start making touch screen devices with those icons on it because thats what apple is doing and it worked for them.

if someone got me an iphone i'd probably use it jailbreak + unlock cause o2 are a bunch of scummers.

I personally don't mind the phone, I like all splashy stuff cause I'm into graphicy reflectionny stuff etc.
I think though what towel means is, it's generally seen as a fashion item more than being a useful device to some but you're not one of those :pac:

I'm really not And, it bugs me to a certain extent, I know he said he hates that some people walk around with it, arm outstretched showing it off, I keep mine in my pocket or bag lol.

I bet you would alright, you'd probably also retrofit your own faceplate to it as well to cover up what it really is :P

yea and put a bigger antenna on it. convert it to run on ultracapacitors and put in a laser keyboard like that celluon thing

i went biscuit tasting today and the man said he would give me a treat at the end of it,i was thinking he'd give me more biscuits but he gave me two jars of marmalade?? wtf.
i then saw 3 women dressed as bee's and thought that it must be some sort of gay parade but then they gave me some flower seeds and said 'save the bees' . so now i will go and plant my seeds in my imaginary garden.
