Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi guys, the car was just totally dead, they had to charge it from an electric one, they said that no car could have jumped it. And the clicking noise was because it was so dead. Strange really because I would have thought nothing would work if it was that dead, but the clock was still on! Thanks for asking! 30e all they charged for taking car, starting it, and giving it a once over:D

If you left no lights on and whatnot it may be worth getting the battery load tested in a motor factors, before the winter sets in ;)

hmmm I reckon if it went that dead something must have been drawing off it, otherwise it wouldnt be holding the charge now

I found it made a bit more sense yeah the 2nd time. There are few interesting things though if you think about it like
At the end the children are in the same place, same clothes and haven't aged. I don't think he was ever in reality in the film anywhere and it still a dream. The wife may be alive for all we know!
I can see that, I'd go a little further and say that it may actually be the wifes dream.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,579 ✭✭✭Webmonkey

    Yeah...
True and that totem did come from the wife!

I don't think you'd have to watch it again as there are no definites in it. You could go and watch it again & it might reinforce whatever you thought when you came out of the cinema the first time or you could think of it in a different way if you watched it again.

ok going to leave it at the one viewing :D did anyone see the other one he did memento ? was a similar theme of forgetting what is real . the main lead has no short term memory and has to write down everything and or tattoo everything on him to its very confusing :pac:

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,579 ✭✭✭Webmonkey

Yeah memento is excellent. More complex than Inception anyways.

lol - I've it totally forgotten anyways. Watch it, it's well worth it. It's hard to give anything away in the movie anyways.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,660 ✭✭✭Blitzkrieger

Lol - hardly ruined. Doesn't it say in the plot line it's about him searching for his wife's killer? It's still well worth watching.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,114 ✭✭✭corkcomp
