The Naildrivers seem to be making a bit of a name for themselves. Beer/football tonight. Watching the boat race thing tomorrow then beer in the afternoon more than likely.

John Henchy and Sons pub St Lukes cross, anyone know what that pub is like?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,446 ✭✭✭miss_shadow

Nice pub, not rough. It's like an old mans pub but modernised! you get folk who are 35+ in there, few young ones floating about but it's quiet and jolly.

Another place to try is Abbot's on Devonshire St.

    Give them a bell:
    021 4507116 (Abbot's)
021 4270845 (Bradley's Nth Mn St.) (first suggestion)

Only saw this now! Sorry! It's probably the nicest alcoholic drink I've tasted in my life. Drank it in SA last year and I get it at work and am utterly addicted :pac:

Not sure whether or not to open a new thread for this - City gate is expanding in Mahon by the looks of things.

Anybody have any idea if new businesses are going in there or is it just outlets available to let?

I'd love if a gym went in there!
