But I got an award and a promotion this week so I am pretty excited

Thanks! I think it is more of a real promotion to make up for the extra work sort of promotion I got earlier. Gotta love the corporate world :rolleyes:

Not bad! Well feeling a bit weird. Saw a strange movie - "The Fountain" - you know one of those odd movies that when ends, you don't know what to think... Bit of a daze!

Was The Fountain any good? I felt like that after Inception.

Inception was amazing. Nice feeling after, this feeling after this movie, is , hard describe. Like the last 2 hours of my life were a black hole.

Another great movie, but totally odd is Mr. Nobody. It's quite long though but unreal.

I'm good Cadyboo, it's almost the weekend for me. only 12 more hours of work and I'm free for 4 days.

Thats great, love the days off. Should be off until wednesday morning, then off agin until the following monday night. But Im gonna go in on Monday coz I LOVE my job.:rolleyes:

I liked The Fountain, visually it's great to look at. Only saw it the once so can't remember too much about it. Watch Requiem for a Dream and you'll feel like more than the last 2 hours of your life is a black hole. Really good film but so depressing.

It's directed by the same guy who did The Fountain.

Ah I've seen Requiem for a Dream several times. That was fantastic. I still have the sound track in my car and still listen to it at least once a week. It sounds depressing but it's good! Never knew same guys that produced it.

I haven't managed to watch it more than once because it's so grim but will have to watch it again soon.

Yeah I know what you mean. I don't think I ever saw it more than once in space of 12 months. Always big gaps. I think that movie should be shown to teenagers. Keep them off the serious drugs ha

I downloaded requiem for a dream but I don't think I watched it..

The fountain sounds good too..must have a look at it soon.

Yep, he did Black Swan & The Wrestler is one of his as well. I've seen 4 of his films and thought they were all good. Haven't got round to Black Swan yet.
