    I was banned for talking about NCD, but a poster called The Economist in THIS thread spoke of the REAL 'can't be named people':

    You either break the rules or you DON'T. Since when can you be banned for NOT BREAKING THE RULES?? And since when can mods BREAK THE RULES FREELY?
