Hi ,just wondering what harm there is to drinking cups of tea during the day.
I get lots of vegtables and protein ,so it's purely between meals or when slightly peckish.

    Thanks.

Kind of depends on what type of tea you´re drinking: with caffeine/without Caffeine. And it also depends on how you drink your tea: with milk, sugar etc.

Possibly a negative effect if you´re drinking too many cups of caffeine tea with sugar etc.

So basically, before going any further, what type of tea do you drink and how do you drink it?

I wouldn't worry too much about 2-3 cups a day. The only calories are in the milk so it won't add too much if you're trying to lose weight. Consider trying different types of tea; green, fruit, camomile etc which are lower or free of caffeine and don't use milk. Many teas also have other beneficial effects as well.

Also won't be too bad in terms of calcium intake. Remember you do need to keep this up as well :-) Smikked milk will reduce calories further without affecting this.

no, no harm at all. As someone else mentioned, try to get into the other types of tea. They´re very healthy and pretty tasty as well.
