    If you're trying to draw the dots between Israel and a JFK assassination theory, this belongs in Conspiracy Theories.

    If you're not, the short answers are:
    1. Pretty much the same reason why the US tries to prevent any country from acquiring nuclear weapons
    2. Close enough to the same attitude of total support that every other US President has given the country. With the added tiff over the nuclear weapons thing. Kennedy had bigger fish to fry in the early 60s.
    3. Officially personal reasons. Unofficially disagreements with everyone in his cabinet about foreign policy including ties with Germany after German scientists gave help to Egypt, security including disagreements about development of a nuclear strategy and also, he turned into a bit of a Victor Meldrew as he got older.

    Given that you're not starting an actual discussion above, I'd suggest google as a good option for simply finding out answers to questions. At its heart, this is a discussion forum.
