Yeah the 50mt Russian thing will keep me up for a week: placed in the center of dublin, it would destroy everything from there to Newbridge. One Jet-Fighter mounted B61 would wipe most of the city in a flash.

The asteroid one is a good laugh. A 6 mile wide chunk of rock moving fast enough can do a fair amount alright.:D

I dont think Ireland or the UK would even exist after that. Ireland definitely not, the UK might make a nice coral reef though. Just as soon as everything is done with the mass extinction.

I dont find that scary, im kind of relieved tbh.

Turns out that if you drop a 21 kilotonne atom bomb on Waterford, the blast wont even reach the dump. Thank god!

I actually spent the weekend Waterford and was stunned at how much of a dump it actually is.. I was actually extremely disappointed except for the main shopping street and along the quay. The fact that I grew up in Dundalk and think Waterford is alot worse says quite a lot I think :eek:
