    Does anyone know where I can pick up an '09 Dodder Anglers Membership Card. I want to send to my mate in Oz as a gift. Will there a patch this ear?

    Are you able to fish, but like return the fish to the river in the dodder without a licence. I live in Knocklyon you see only down the road from the dodder:) and I wanted to join the dodder anling club but I dont know if I can. I'm only 11
