Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It depends on the venue in terms of body count and the number of e......opes you have.

The more pertinent issue is who has the right to speak at an oral hearing?

For example, in company law, shareholders do not have the right to speak at an AGM

say for example there was one objection to a proposed application but it was signed by a residents committee of say 30 people.
Realistically how many reps would they allow?
