    I tried to post a reply to a guys question in Help Desk, but I got the ".....you do not have permission to access this page...." screen.
    Could someone look into this for me, when you get a chance?

    Thanks.

    BTW - other forums I've tried, are working fine.

    On help desk, you can't do this. Only Smods can reply, and mods if they're given access to reply to an issue specific to them.

    Ahhhhh! Thanks for that. I did have a check of the FAQs, but couldn't find any reference to Help Desk being restricted.
