    No problems mate. We're going to stay put until the lease is up and then leg it. Do everything above board so she has nothing to swipe at us with. it's just a bit annoying ya know?! it's actually a very basic house to be honest no frills and it's quite old. We will get some place nicer for less money legally during the summer I reckon! Maynooth being the student town that it is

    Send off the forms to the PRTB regardless of whether you plan on staying or not. Its in your best interests, she sounds like the type that will keep your deposit. Getting that back will require PRTB registration and it can only be done while you're a tenant.
