Hi My aunt in law has recently died and her husbnad (my uncle) is dead over 12 years, they had no children and no wills were were made by either of them. I have been advised that under the 1965 law of succession (section 69) I am not entitled to a claim on her estate as i am not her blood niece. Is this correct ?? does any…

Hi
