BER cert and life insurance?

    A few unrelated questions...thanks for any help.
    whats the best life insurance you can get?
    Is a ber cert a necessity when buying a house,ie does the seller have to provide one(take long to get?)
    Where is the best place to kit out a house,ie new kitcher,furniture?(you hear about ikea up north etc.,ideas...)Not long back in ireland
    Any replys greatly appreciated!

    I understand thye are now mandatory for all residential property, I'm not sure about commercial property.

    It really depand on whether you want to spend €1,000 or €100,000. There are lots of flat-pack-type kitchens that look OK for a few grand. It think just buy the basics to start - you can always add later.
