Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Panic over! Saha.

WBA are truly crap or big girls blowsy to be more accurate, I feel stupid for suggesting they had a chance.

    Thank god WBA are terrible.

Arsenal: Almunia, Sagna, Toure, Gallas, Clichy, Arshavin, Denilson, Diaby, Nasri, Van Persie, Vela:D

Now thats the sorta team we've been looking for!

If the Lescott were to be booked today, he would miss the FA Cup quarter-final against Middlesbrough next Sunday, so not just any old game.

Pretty much a case of Arsenal's attack against Fulham's defence today.
The fact that Danny Murphy is out is a big blow for Fulham. I just can't see Fulham keeping a clean sheet against that amount of offensive firepower. [Sadly as I have two Fulham defenders in my fantasy football] Schwarzer needs to continue his top form if Fulham are to have any chance of sneaking anythign out of this game.

    Huh? - Think he has

    From BBC website -
Fulham have never ever ever won at Arsenal. Ever.
    Bit of a mental stat

I want goals today so on that basis

    Arsenal v Fulham 3-0
    Chelsea v Wigan 3-0
    Middlesbrough v Liverpool 0-3

thats what i meant, 1 small change and i bet every Arsenal fan was made a lil bit happier Vela deserves his chance and Bendtner deserves to be dropped after being woefull

Aye, but Diaby too. He adds a bit of drive to the midfield, hopefully he doesnt have one of his off days

Since Hiddink came in and got a good win immediatley i know believe Chelsea are atleast going to stay in third but imo will prob take 2nd eventually.

I would be soooo happy if Arsenal failed to get 3pts again today.

Liverpool losing to Boro at HT alonso OG

Poor first half from Arsenal at the Emirates - Fulham have played well in fairness, but Arsenal should be doing better. No communication and dodgy offside trap in defence, being out-hustled in midfield and nowhere near clinical enough up front. Really disappointing tbh. Better improve for the second half or we can forget about Champion's League football next season imo.

sometimes assists get added retrospectivley or they make changes later if they have made a mistake

Van Persie hits the post with a glancing header - he could and possibly should have had a hattrick today with his head. Arsenal still looking very shaky in defence.

despite that last minute lampard goal, good weekend for the villa so far

wouldve been nice had chelsea drawn tho, coz wed have had the chance to go back to 3rd and only 1 point behind second but it'll do as it stands

if we win tomorrow we'll be 1 behind liverpool and 2 behind chelsea

    IF we win

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 88,972 ✭✭✭✭mike65

So then Arse draw, pool loose Chelsea win, Villa should win tomorrow.

I'm trying to figure out what formation Rovers are playing today with five defenders in the team.

    Teams:
Hull: Duke, Doyle, Turner, Zayatte, Dawson, Mendy, Ashbee, Marney, Kilbane, Geovanni, Garcia.
Subs: Myhill, Fagan, Barmby, Halmosi, Cousin, Manucho, Gardner.

Blackburn: Robinson, Ooijer, Nelsen, Samba, Givet, Diouf, Grella, Andrews, Warnock, Pedersen, Roque Santa Cruz.
Subs: Brown, Kerimoglu, McCarthy, Mokoena, Treacy, Roberts, Villanueva.

    Referee: Martin Atkinson (W Yorkshire)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 38,999 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

    1-0 Rovers

edit 2-0 Andrews just scored the second. Woohoo.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 38,999 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

They went down to 10 men for a kick out by Marney then we went down to ten with a second yellow for Peds.

Just went away for a coffee and I come back and its 2-1. We gotta hold on here, we need these 3 points badly.

Never posted the above and now after 5 and half minutes of heart pumping, nail biting extra time we have our 3 points. \0/

Hughton clearly showing that he is out of his depth (or trying his hardest to make sure Spuds stay up). The away fans signing 'you don't know what you're doing'. Taking Oba Martins off and leaving Shola 'touch of a rapist' Ameobi on the pitch is baffling to say the least.

Fcuk me, we're going down. :(

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 88,972 ✭✭✭✭mike65

Dont worry many others are in the race to go down, only 3 can achive thier goal.

And with bum-rapings from United, Chelsea, and Arsenal all to come in the next 4 games, I feel we could be leading the pack (discounting WBA obviously, as they are a certainty at this stage).
