OP, do you mean something in the lines of Air Brushing or complete car respray with flames up the side type of thing.

I know of a guy who does air brushing stuff, bikers helmets, bonnets and the like.

If thats what your after I can chase up a number...

There's a guy out in Easkey, I think, who does bikes, surfboards, helmets etc. He did the big wave thing on the side of Bella Vista in Strandhill. He's supposed to be one of the best in Europe. All freehand. No idea what his name is though. Sorry.
