chocalate wedding cake

can anyone help me find a recipe for a chocalate cake suitable for a wedding cake? id like to make a 3 tier cake and im not sure if this make a difference to what kind of cake it should be? how far in advance could the cake be made? thanks a million to anyone that can help :)
