    Been raining and getting colder here in MAyo, Just had a very heavy snow shower the last 30mins! Ground to wet for it to stick though but some sticking on edge of garden!

    Yes, 2.7c here now, can see snow on top of conemarra mountains now its cleared.

    Much colder in Cork this morning than of late. This gave way to torrential rain which eased in the afternoon. It's clouding over again now and the outlook is bad.

    Not fair!!! ?Just plain rain here in D8. Not too heavy, not too light. Cold but not THAT cold.....yet. Looks like rain will be moving off shortly. Can't imagine any lying snow in Dublin city and surrounds this evening....maybe up past Rathfarnham and the like.

    Air min -2.3C lowest since 9th Jan
    Grass min -8.9C also low since 9th Jan.

    Both lowest in March since early March 2006.

    -1.1C atm
    Mainly clear and sunny.
