    Can anyone suggest a site for a decent quality HDMI cable that does not cost
    the earth?

    Ye i have found that to be thru to. I used on DX had and it was even cheaper than that and i couldn't see the difference.

    nah that's complete sh1te

    "cheap" HDMI cables are perfect up to at least 15 meters

    I got two 5m cables from these guys before xmas and they are working perfectly. With postage they worked out at 13 euro

    They have some in tescos in artane castle for €2.50 - using one at the mo to plug a ps3 into a dell monitor and all going fine - audio and video running well at 1920 x 1080.
