Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Shielding cable to reduce interference

    Hi All,

I have my XBMC connected through an RF modulator to distribute the signal throughout the house. However, there can be a lot of banding in the signal. This only seems to happen when I put the XBMC with all of its cables and wires into a unit with the modulator.

If I leave everything out on the floor (but connected up) the banding dissappears.

Naturally, I have checked all connections etc..etc....so I am left assuming that its just electrical interference. Although I am using high quality cables, I think I just need to sheild them more.....

    Thoughts? Options? Solution?

    Thanks,
    Jab
