Help broadband speed

Ok so i have BT 24mb i was told max i would get in my area would be 19 under not bad. Here's my problem here's a picture from my phone when i got it showing it off to my friends. I was fine with that happy as can be now it just changes speed. yesterday 4687/856 kbps today 2 Minutes later after turning it off and back on
