    Hi ChuckNorris,

Could you give me some more info about this picture? Was it in the old Roselawn Library or was it a part of an exhibition?

I'll ask some of the long standing staff here is they recall this picture.

    Regards,
    Blanchardstown Library

Hi, they are the images i'm referring to. do you know who has the original films from those images as that could allow me to get a specific area of d15.

    thanks

The Europe Direct Centre in Blanchardstown Library invites you to get involved in a major public consultation on the citizens' agenda: what citizens think about their EU rights, problems they have encountered when using them and their own vision for what the EU should be doing, in the run up to the 2013 European Year of Citizens.

This consultation will feed directly into the next EU Citizenship Report, to be adopted in one year's time on 9 May 2013. As such, it represents an excellent opportunity to reach out to you the public and ask how the European Commission can help address problems relating to their EU rights in everyday life.

If you would like to be involved in this consultation please click on this dedicated webpage
    http://ec.europa.eu/justice/opinion/your-rights-your-future/

Feedback so far has indicated that more private citizens then representative groups have given their views. The Commission wants a wide variety of respondents so if you are involved with a group you are asked to give a response!

    Facinating.

    Quote from wikipedia:
Additionally, there are birch bark letters written in modern times, most notably by victims of the Soviet Regime. People in forced settlements and GULAG camps in Siberia used strips of birch bark to write letters to their loved ones back home, due to inaccessibility of paper. Examples of these letters from Latvian victims of the Soviet regime are currently being considered to be included in the UNESCO "Memory of the World" heritage list. [5]

Very sad... Am intrigued to see this exhibition.

No age limits for this event, but children should probably be in secondary school and used to public speaking in order to avoid disappointment when in competition with adults who enter this.
