Racing Pigeon Rings?

Heya, My dad as a few racing pigeons and a few chicks are hatching, He was looking to get some 09 rings for them but petshops dont sell them anymore and he has to join a pigeon club to get them,which he doesnt really wont to, Anyone know where you might be able to get some? Thanks

As far as I know you can only get them through the club.
