Hi, D'brother has got eircom BBand recently and is getting it in the neck from herself about the tangle of wires around the room. he has the regular eircom/netopia box. What sort of receiver would he need to connect the PC to the modem wirelessly (there is a wireless function on the modem with 2 antanae on it) - will any…

Hi,

D'brother has got eircom BBand recently and is getting it in the neck from herself about the tangle of wires around the room. he has the regular eircom/netopia box. What sort of receiver would he need to connect the PC to the modem wirelessly (there is a wireless function on the modem with 2 antanae on it) - will any of the USB adaptors work with it or is there a specific type needed - also any recommendations would be appreciated

Any 54G rated one should do, they're all pretty much the same. The quality is usually dictated by the router, and the Netopia ones aren't the greatest. Should work though.
