Reminder to Blood donors in Waterford City

The IBTS are in Waterford this week and next and urgently need our blood. They are in the Woodlands hotel on Date: 3rd, 4th, and 5th March 2009 Times: 4:30pm - 8:30pm and the Sacred Heart Parish Centre, The Folly Date: 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th March 2009 Times: 4:30pm - 8:30pm

I have quite rare blood and it's terrible to admit but I hate how long it bloody takes to get your blood taken...I was waiting for 4 hours one day. (A good thing i suppose)
