I have posted before about my neighbour's labrador. He is kept outside day and night and has started to bark during the night again. I have been around to his owners numerous times about him, especially when he was getting into my garden and pooing everywhere. They did nothing and I had to seal up the gaps myself. Now that he has started to bark through the night again, I am seriously considering taking a district court action. Has anyone else done this? Did it work?
