Im looking for some recipes for quick, tasty food. Seen the recent advert for eggy toast with bacon and maple syrup and am looking for other recipes that are as quick and tasty to make. Also be nice if they didnt have to involve meat. Any ideas?

Ive a couple that take no longer then ten minite actully the only thing that is the same is the marinade/sauce..

    you need.
    Oster sauce.
teriaki oe soy a light one not a heavy one..
    chunky peenut butter
    black peaper
rice wine viniger if you dont have it normal vinger will do
    lemon juice.
    honey
    chillie powder or kiane peaper.

take a desert spoon of penut butter.
4 table spoon's of soy or teriaki,
    table spoon of oster sauce.
ground peaper as much as you want
vinger a splash or to (not loads)
a squeez of honey, splash of lemon juice to
and a tea spoon of chillie powder or more if you want

Vigourisly mix it doesnt look perticularly pretty or smell that good, thats a good thing!

then take what ever meet you have slice into thin peace. place in bowl of mix up goop leave for an hour...

before you cook take some rice noodels, egg noodels boil the kettle poor intoa jug with hot water take about 4 minites... to get them ready then strain...
I tend to use sirlion steak, out of 1 ule get enough for 2 people, chiken fillit prawns, monk fish , fillet steak, pork tender loin... slice thinly

take veg peapers, snow peas corget's, onion's finly chop.

take a hot pan or a wok drop of oil heat at highist setting till it gets smokey add the meet not the sauce important to keep the sauce...

2 minites 1 side add veg mix

when just ready add the noodels and left over sauce in with the noodfels stir for a 30 secs grab a bowl serve

turn of the cooker, add cold water to pan leav on the hot ring the heat and water will lift the messy pan unless its a wok job done eat :D
