Orals passages looking for a version that tells you how to pronounce them properly

Is there anywhere I can get a copy of the oral passages only with all the words wrote out like they should sound? (ie a phonic version?)
The passages I am doing are:
Sliocht 2 "An Gleann agus A Raibh Ann" le Séamas Ó Maolchathaigh
Sliocht 4 "An tOileánach" le Tomás Ó Criomhthain
Sliocht 10 "Idir Mná-Scríbhneoirí Ban Ros Muc" le Máire Seoighe
Sliocht 11 "Laochas" le Séamas Ó Searcaigh
Sliocht 12 "Rotha Móra an tSaoil" le Micí Mac Gabhann

Not sure on them although these are them being read out, so I suppose you could write it out as you go or something. Hope they help.;)

try [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irish_orthography] but it's quite complex. Also, never pronounce ch like a K, always say it with the back of your throat. Highlight all ch's in yellow so you remember it each time.

There's a book, I'm pretty sure it's called An dTuigeann tu? which does all the sliochts out with the phoentics underneath. It does a load of other oral questions and some tape stuff too iirc.
