    Maybe this has been answered before so apologies in advance. I've sent 2 private messages but when I go into the folder it says that I haven't sent any, but I've had replies to both messages so they were received. Am I doing something wrong.

    Probably and it's probably this: when you type a new message to send, have a look under the text box you're typing in. There's a heading called "Additional options". Make sure that "Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items folder" is ticked.

    If it wasn't ticked before you look at it, that's your problem.

    To make that the default setting and save all of them in your sent messages folder, go here and under "private messaging", make sure the box next to "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default" is ticked.
