Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anyone else really like the news and sports reporters using the cúpla focail for Seachtain na Gaeilge.

I know its not much but at least they are making some bit of an effort.

I think it's a nice idea, is maith liom an Ghaeilge and I would like to hear more of it from our national stations. I'm pleased that newstalk are bringing back their Irish show, and it would be even nicer if Today FM could give us a weekly show as Ghaeilge. After all it is part of our culture.

I know some of the hardcore Irish speakers will hate this idea but i think a mixture of English Irish would be great. Just easy Irish that alot of us would understand. Worth a try anyway. But it would have to be on during the day on one of the stations. Id listen anyway.

I don't know why they limit it to Seachtain na Gaeilge.....no harm dropping in a few focail every so often throughout the year...

    It's pure tokenism. i102104 and i105107 have a nightly bi-lingual show. That's a decent effort.
