    Tuesday 03/03/09 Weight @ 21.5 1/2 stone

    16.13 Km in 30mins on bike at level 12
    Bench Press Free weights 3 x 10 @ 48kg
    Incline Press Free weights 3 x 10 @ 25kg
    Tricep pull down 3 x 10 @ 20kg

    i know its not much but its a start

    im male 28 and 6"2
