Each day you replace 2 meals with the milkshakes and have a third meal and snacks

Your 3rd meal and snacks are made up of regular foods, including carbohydrate foods (which are needed for energy)

Each milkshake sachet contains 1/3 of your daily protein, vitamin and mineral requirements

Use the fibre supplement as required to maintain a healthy digestive system

Aim to drink 1.5 litres of water daily

24 hour access to the support website

As a clinic member you also have the option of visiting your personal weight loss consultant each week, fortnight or month to weigh-in and discuss your progress one-on-one

Weight loss is achieved effectively and safely by reducing calorie/kiloJoule intake whilst providing adequate protein, vitamins and minerals to prevent the loss of lean muscle mass and nutrient deficiencies.

    Why is the program successful?

Meal replacements are quick, convenient and simple to use

The program is personalised to achieve YOUR weight loss goals

Recipes can be enjoyed by all members of the family

Meal plans are nutritionally balanced – no fads or gimmicks

    No packaged meals

No expensive or embarrassing group sessions to attend

Personal weight loss support via 24 hour access to the support website
    PLUS personal consultations

    Inexpensive!
The Program is based on replacing 2 normal meals each day with our delicious Meal Replacement shakes, soups or bars. The shakes are the mainstay of the program, but all meal replacement products are nutritionally very similar, providing the right mix of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and specialty ingredients. It’s all designed to make losing weight easier, tastier and something to celebrate!
Under the programme, you can use a low-calorie formula from the range in conjunction with your normal 'healthy' low fat meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The products are nutritious, low-calorie foods with a special high soluble fibre content, and are designed to help make you feel satisfied faster, so you eat lighter meals. They also help reduce your cravings for unnecessary food so you are far less likely to 'snack' between meal times. The foods do this by slowing the absorption of sugars therefore lowering the glycaemic index (the rate of increase in blood sugar levels and trigger for insulin).

They therefore help you to gain control of your weight.

    Sound familiar?

The first bit is club optislim, second is celebrity slim, third is lipotrim. Same stuff repackaged you should avoid them at all cost's tbh. Goodluck.

    No packaged meals
Are sachets not considered packaging now?
contains 1/3 of your daily protein, vitamin and mineral requirements
So a 50 stone man and a 9 stone woman have the same nutritional requirements?
    Inexpensive!
Dunno the price of this particular stuff, but I know on a calorie basis it would be cheaper to eat steak in restaurants than go on some of these "diets".

Sachets are packaging but it isn't a packed meal it is a nutritional supplement.

It's true different people have different nutritional requirements and calorie needs depending on several factors, like how active they are, their weight, height, gender... that should be assessed by your weight consultant and a calorie goal set and that will be achieved with both the sachets and your 3rd meal made of regular food.

regarding price the sachets will cost you around €3.30 per sachet plus €9.90 for a shaker

    So 3.30x2(sachets per day)x7(1week)=€46.2/week

    This is for the ClubOptislim
    http://www.cluboptislim.ie/
which I find to be much healthier since you still eat some normal food (it isn't a complete meal replacement programme) than the lipotrim which is a complete meal replacement programme.
