Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    is it true that u may be asked to show how much money u have in your account on arrival in the states?

    im going on j1 to california thi ssummer but will be going over with a negaitive balance in my account and depending on my overdraft!

    You have to do more than show you have money in your bank account you have to have $800 in either cash or travellers cheques ($400 if you have a job already organised). They normally dont check though.

    I have to ask though. How are you going to set yourself up with know money. Surely you'll have some?
