With some forums having up to 10 stickies, maybe an announcement and ( like this forum) a sub forum at the top it can take a fair bit of scrolling to get to the first thread of the forum you've clicked into. I'd suggest moving the Filter Threads option to the bottom of the page somewhere.

    Sorta like this...

    display_skew_1.jpg

(ps, I know there's supposed to be an ad there 89c492c6f34fe904e0a51eb6dab671d1.jpg, maybe it could be moved ? Perhaps to where the ads appear when you're reading a thread...)

Bump, any interest in this idea ? Would a feedback thread be outa the question or is the place of the filter set in stone ?

This is one of the changes being considered for the beta skin.

Savage. Some forums have it just on all their skins. Didn't know you could change it between skins though, must keep an eye out.

Most of the future UI development for boards.ie is on the beta skin. At some stage in the future, that skin will become the default skin for boards.ie. Depending on demand and available time, some features of that skin will be "backported" to the other skins but I can't guarantee anything.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
