    Can 2006 be run on Vista? Any patches available?

    No it's not worth your while my good friend, bought a laptop last year and had AutoCAD 2006 bit it's not compatible with Windows Vista, apparently and patch that you download can seriously f**k up your driver..
    AutoCAD & CAD LT 2000 works with Vista funnily enough..

    Running it in compatibility mode should work.

    Yes it works fine if run in compatibility mode as said above.
